Vacation Rental Property Management
Renting, advertising with exception of vrbo (owner’s cost), guest services, collect, file and pay monthly Hawaii State Transient tax, General Excise Tax, monthly detailed statements and On Island Contact for your guests. Booking guests have the option to purchase travel insurance and vacation rent damage protection for their trip. Mauka Makai Properties, LLC. and Amy Kaiama are licensed in the state of Hawaii to sell travel insurance and damage deposit insurance.
Long Term Rental Property Management
Have a home that you would like to rent out long term? We charge 10% of your rental income to manage your rental and tenant.
On Island Contact
Manage your own home and need an On-Island Contact? We are happy to help, we charge $75.00 - $125.00 a month plus tax, depending on your size of home and rental occupancy. We are here to be an aid to your guests if in need during their stay. 24 hour call center available.
